A weekly rhythm you don’t need to organise
In the early weeks after birth, even small decisions can feel tiring.
Moongold doesn’t ask you to plan meals — the week is already arranged.
You simply open the fridge and choose what feels right in the moment.
What the week covers
Each set menu includes meals for five weekdays, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetarian dishes throughout the week.
There’s always something warming, something filling, and something small to reach for between meals — without needing to calculate or combine anything yourself.
The intention is steadiness: Food you can rely on day after day.
Two deliveries during the week
Meals arrive in two deliveries to keep them fresh and easier to store.
Once placed in the fridge, they’re ready whenever the day allows you to eat.
No sorting or planning required.
Weekly Set Menus
The menus rotate between two thoughtfully composed weeks.
You don’t need to choose dishes — each week is prepared as a complete set.
At this time, our weekly menus include a balanced mix of meat and vegetarian dishes and may contain gluten, and we are not yet able to provide fully vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free alternatives.
