How many meals do I get each day?
You’ll receive two nourishing hot dishes per day, carefully prepared to support your recovery.
Each dish is a generous portion, ranging from 350–450g, if you choose the standard size.
If you opt for an extra portion to share with your partner, each dish will be around 750–900g—enough for two generous servings.
Each delivery also includes homemade baked goods and snacks to keep you nourished between meals.
How many calories are in the meals?
We carefully curated the menu so that you’ll receive roughly 2,000–2,300 calories per day from your hot dishes, baked goods, and snacks combined.
Postpartum mothers—especially those who are breastfeeding—need extra calories to support both their healing and breast milk production.
Breastfeeding mothers typically require about 2,300–2,500 calories per day, depending on activity level and individual needs.
Our meals are designed to offer nourishment that is dense in nutrients, not just calories, helping you feel energized, supported, and cared for during this important time.
What happens if I can't be home for the delivery?
We completely understand—life with a new baby (or life in general!) can be unpredictable. If you know you won’t be home to receive your meals, please email us as soon as possible to let us know.
We'll do our best to be flexible! Depending on the situation, we can:
Try to arrange a later delivery (such as late afternoon), or
Leave the delivery at your front door with your consent.
We always aim to make sure your meals arrive safely and as fresh as possible. Thank you for working with us as we grow!
Can the dishes be tailored to my dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, allergies)?
At the moment, we are not able to customize meals for specific dietary needs during the beta trial.
If you have specific ingredient allergies (like peanuts or mushrooms) or follow a strict vegetarian diet, this trial may not be suitable for you.
We always strive to create dishes that are wholesome, nourishing, and nutrient-dense, which sometimes means using a variety of ingredients that may not fit all dietary restrictions.
That said, offering more tailored options is a future goal we're working toward, and we hope to accommodate more needs as we grow!
How do I heat the dishes?
Each dish will come with simple reheating instructions and a note on how long it will stay fresh in the fridge.
We've carefully chosen dishes that are easy to reheat—whether on the stove, in the oven, or in the microwave—and that can be eaten easily with one hand, because we know how busy life with a newborn can be.
Our goal is to make nourishing yourself as effortless as possible so that you can focus on your baby and your recovery.
How does the Deliveries work?
We deliver your nourishing meals twice a week—on Mondays and Wednesdays—between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. to keep everything fresh and delicious throughout the week.
When you sign up, you’ll choose your portion size (for yourself or for sharing), and once your delivery week is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the delivery details, including timing.
Each delivery includes:
2 hot dishes per day (carefully portioned for recovery)
Homemade baked goods and snacks to keep you nourished between meals
Meals are delivered fresh and ready to heat and enjoy, all packed in eco-friendly, compostable packaging.
All you need to do is warm up, eat, and feel good, so you can focus on resting and bonding with your baby.
