Planning ahead for postpartum often comes with questions. Here are the most common ones we receive
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all areas within the inner ring of Berlin.
If you’re unsure whether your address is covered, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How do deliveries work?
Meals are delivered twice per week in Berlin — on Mondays and Wednesdays, between 16.00 and 17:30.
You choose your package and portion size.
During checkout, you enter your preferred starting Monday delivery week.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your delivery details.
Meals arrive fresh, ready to heat, and easy to store.
Can I change my delivery week?
Yes — we understand birth timing can shift.
Requests to change your delivery week must be made before Wednesday of the week prior to your scheduled delivery start week.
After that, preparation and logistics are already in motion.
Please contact us as early as possible and we’ll support you where we can.
What does each week include?
Each weekly set menu covers five weekdays of meals and includes:
• Two nourishing hot dishes per day
• A balanced mix of meat and vegetarian meals
• Homemade baked goods
• Nutrient-dense snacks
Everything is freshly prepared and ready to heat.
No meal planning required.
Are the meals suitable after a C-section?
Yes. Meals are prepared using gentle cooking methods and comforting flavours, suitable for recovery after both vaginal and C-section births.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes — we can deliver to the lobby of your hospital.
Someone will need to come down and collect the delivery from the lobby.
If you need to change your delivery location to a hospital, please contact us no later than 5pm the day before your scheduled delivery.
When should I schedule my delivery week?
We recommend selecting a delivery week that begins 1–2 weeks after your due date.
This is often when support becomes most helpful, once you’re home and adjusting to life with your baby.
What if I need to cancel or request a refund?
If you need to cancel your order, a full refund can be provided when the request is made at least 14 days before your scheduled delivery week.
Because meals are prepared specifically for each delivery cycle, cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will always do our best to support delivery week adjustments when possible.

Can I customise meals or request dietary changes?
At this time, we offer a set weekly menu and are unable to tailor individual meals.
We cannot guarantee accommodation for specific allergies or dietary restrictions.
The menu is designed to be balanced, warming, and supportive during recovery.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menus?
Our weekly menus include a variety of ingredients, including meat and gluten. At this time, we’re not able to provide fully vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options.
When will I receive the menu for my delivery week?
You’ll receive a digital copy of your weekly menu on the Friday before your delivery week begins.
This allows you to see what’s arriving and plan your week with ease.
Can I choose which set menu I receive?
At this time, set menus are assigned based on your delivery week, and individual menu selection is not available.
Each weekly menu is thoughtfully arranged to provide a balanced mix of dishes across the week, so there’s no need to plan or combine meals yourself.
The intention is to keep food simple and steady during the early weeks after birth.
