Because meals are prepared fresh and scheduled in advance, cancellations made less than 14 days before delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Gift cards purchased through Moongold are:

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-refundable

  • Not redeemable for cash

Gift cards may be used toward the purchase of Moongold meal packages.
